Recently married, this w one of our gifts, and I was a hard convert. A loyal Cutco owner I have high standards, but my Cutco chef's knife had developed a notch after about ten years of heavy use and it was time to replace it.
This looked like a gimmic, but it is as functional as attractive, meeting the high expectations set by its japanese steel rating, and unusual design.
