i bought this knife for work... it has a nice weight and feel, the problem is that the blade part is way heavier than the handle, which throws off the balance. also the bolster is kind of small, it would reduce stress on the wrist had i been able to grab it comfortably, i have small hands btw. so definitely hold it before buying, i am going to try it out tomorrow at work, if it performs better than my first impression, i am going to change my review.Get more detail about MIU France 8-Inch Forged High Carbon Stainless Steel Chef Knife ( # 94020).
