My wife has a touch of rheumatoid arthritis in her hands, and this is the most comfortable chef's knife she has found. It is nicely contoured, well-weighted, and very sharp.
That said, this is an expensive knife - you can find knives that are ALMOST as good for much less. Therefore, I rated this product 4 stars instead of five because I consider overall value to be "good" instead of "excellent".
But if that extra bit of quality is worth a LOT of extra money to you - as it was with us - you'll likely be very happy with this knife.Get more detail about J.A. Henckels Twin Select 8-Inch Chef's Knife.
