I'm really enjoying using this knife. The blade is ultra sharp (at least compared to my last chef's knife) and it feels great in your hand. The grip is nice, like all Oxo products and it seems like it won't stain like some of my other knives. My only issue is it was too big to fit in my wood knife block.
