It can be a bit of a learning curve to figure out how to use properly... I know... I know... it looks like a piece of cake... twas what I thought as well... The blades are ultra sharp and if you have a diamond steel, and know how to use it, they will stay that way.
The only complaint I could have about them is that I like to protect my knives with blade guards... Well these little bad boys are a little hard to find one that fits them and protects the blade from nicking and dulling.
