I just completed purchase of my last knife in the Anolon set. I bought the 7 inch first it cut so well and had great balance and some weight to it. I'm a Barbequer and I handle a lot of different meats so a heavey knife comes in handy. As long as you use the propper chopping block this knife will stay sharp for a long time.
