I have been working in restaurant kitchens as a cook since i was 16, I've gone threw a lot of knives but this one is by far the best. Its a great knife for the price, the handle feels nice to hold. The weight is well balanced. Aside from some of the super high end knives (which i would never use in a restaurant) this is a great knife for the working cook/chef. its been my work horse for about almost 2 years now and i am glad i found it.Get more detail about J.A.
