This is absolutely the best 20 bucks I've ever spent in my life. The little blade is deceptively sharp. I was manhandling it like I would my regular 8" chef's knife, and managed to cut into my hand. Two hours later, I noticed that I'd cut into my hand, because I stained a piece of paper red by accident. Also, the nonstick surface really works.
