I just loved this knife - I have a small hand, and this one fits perfectly - I always clean all my knives by hand, and so was surprised the last time I used the knife to see the handle had a huge crack in it (by the first rivet. The knife is only two years old, so I'm disappointed. I got it on sale - and didn't save the receipt... maybe I can get it replaced if I write directly to J.A. Henkels International. I have been working in restaurant kitchens as a cook since i was 16, I've gone threw a lot of knives but this one is by far the best. Its a great knife for the price, the handle feels nice to hold. The weight is well balanced. Aside from some of the super high end knives (which i would never use in a restaurant) this is a great knife for the working cook/chef. its been my work horse for about almost 2 years now and i am glad i found it.Get more detail about J.A.
