I purchased this knife at a "Cutlery" store in a mall about 8 years ago. I use it a LOT! I love the way it's balanced and ergonomically sound~ it seems like it was forged just for my hand! I also have the Wüstof hand-held ceramic sharpener, which I feel was a great bargain, and less skill-intensive than other models.
