Save Tom Douglas by Pinzon Wenger 10-Inch Butcher Knife


made quick work of raw pork shoulder, made nice country style strips.

I bought originally for slicing super tender ribs off the smoker, my other kitchen knives were destroying the ribs making pulled pork out of nice ribs. This knife came super sharp, and now I can slice my ribs up and plate them with style.
